 Q:  How do I know it is time to consult you for help or assistance?

 A: The best rule of thumb is to contact us now and not to wait for crisis to occur before you do. We offer a series of preventive consultancy and advisory services that can save you a lot of heartache, worry and money.       If however you do find yourself in some unavoidable situation, requiring professional advice and assistance, we will gladly assist or provide you with the appropriate solution or advice to meet your peculiar circumstance or situation.

 Q: I will like to meet one of your Consultants in person, as I will feel more comfortable and confident in discussing my personal issues that way rather than through the telephone or email. How or where do I get to meet you?

 A: We are always delighted and happy to meet our clients in person as this creates better rapport and understanding between us. Our online and telephone service is therefore a “child of circumstance”; designed to ease communication between us and our clients who are spread all over the globe. This became necessary because of the various factors prevailing, ranging from high travel risks and costs to security concerns.

      We however still give appointments for one-on-one physical interaction when requested by our clients. Contact Customer Service on telephone or send your request by email. It will be promptly attended to on a first-come, first served basis. This will require some patience and understanding on your part as we strive to attend to all our clients as quickly, efficiently and thoroughly as possible.  Q: I have visited many western orthodox clinics and hospitals, tried various self medications recommended by my family and friends, tried traditional and alternative medicines, and have even gone for spiritual intervention from religious sects, yet my malaria sickness has not been cured and my other problems seem to get worse. At the peak of my pain and suffering, I was even told by a doctor that there was nothing wrong with me but just my imagination. Hence I resorted to trying the churches and traditional doctors. Now I am really confused and worried and don’t know what to do next. The only thing that I have succeeded in doing is being broke before my salary is paid. I need someone who can really understand what is wrong with me and show me what to do to regain my health. I am beginning to doubt if it is malaria that I have. When will this malaria plus plus leave my life? How can you help me if I am to consult you?  

 A: This is a very common scenario narrated to us by many people having chronic malaria complaints. There are several factors responsible for this kind of situation. Some are self-inflicted and others are from external sources, which you may be unaware or ignorant of; though in close proximity with.

      Numerous cases are also due to wrong diagnosis, delayed or improper treatment regimes, impatience on the part of the attending physician and his or her staff to show better understanding or concern, as well as impatience on the part of the patient to follow through recommended treatment program as many want “fix-me-quick” or “magic pills” for their ailments.

      The approach that we have always applied and which is very effective in resolving these situations is called “Comprehensive Constitutional Treatment”. It is a holistic approach that recognizes you as a unique individual whose mental, emotional and physical attributes function in unison to give the personality that you are, whether in good health or ill-health.

 Q: I have many desires for living a good life and I think I know what I want but when it comes to taking action, I am either too shy or afraid to proceed. The next thing is that I fall sick and when I go to the clinic, I am told that I have malaria and sometimes typhoid. I think I have missed many chances because of this so what should I do to have the courage to act when I want to, so that I wont have malaria again? Does fear or shyness cause malaria? My friends say they don’t understand me and often laugh at me. What am I supposed to do?

 Q: Apart from general consultancy, do you handle surgical cases?

 A: Absolutely No! We don’t! All surgical cases must go to a qualified surgeon or specialist trained for that purpose depending on the complaint. Same goes for other non-surgical complaints which should be referred to the appropriate specialist or professional. For example, eye complaints should go to an ophthalmologist while teeth disorders should be handled by a dental surgeon.
